Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
1.Overview
Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts 7 days / 10 days / 14 days . If the return window has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging intact.
2.Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or message regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse may be rejected for refund.
3.Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or payment app again.

4.Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

To request an exchange, contact us with pictures of the received item.
Once approved, you may send the item back and we will arrange a replacement.
6.Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver used their own address, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
7.Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by our support team.
Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping charges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
